Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
2026 Spring Flag
Once Practices Start March 30th. There will be no refunds issued after this date. The volunteer buy-out fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Families who pay the buy-out fee waive their volunteer requirement for the season. Volunteering after payment does not qualify for a refund, credit, or reimbursement.
2026 Fall Tackle Season
Refund will allowed up until validition day. once Validation Day occurs. refunds will no longer be issues.
2026 Fall Flag Season
no refunds will be issued once the practices start
2026 Girls Fall Flag Football
There will be no refund once rosters after August 10th.
Washington Panthers Fall Flag
No refunds after August 18th.
