TEAM BREAKDOWN
Mini Teams Ages 6-7 (must be 6 by Sept 1)
Practices held 2x a week
Will perform a Halftime dance or cheer at 1 game a week
Will perform sideline cheers for ½ a game plus halftime dance
Beginning Stunting and tumbling
*Local Travel to Away games required
This team will focus on an introduction to cheerleading. We will work on basic cheer skills and team building for our youngest cheerleaders. We will emphasize confidence building and having fun learning about the sport of cheerleading!
Teams Ages 8-14
Practice 2x a week
Will perform sideline cheers for 1 full game a week- 8 games per season *and any additional playoff games as needed
Will perform a halftime dance or cheer at games
Introduction to beginner to intermediate stunts, tumbling and jumps- Based on team ability
Travel to Away games and Playoff games required
High level of commitment to team
Our teams focus on team building and beginner to intermediate cheer knowledge. Basic stunting will be taught along with cheers, dance and jumps. No experience is needed.
Our cheer team is a fun way to introduce athletes to the sport of cheerleading or for experienced cheerleaders to be able to cheer. We are passionate about the sport and love to be a positive influence in our community.

EXPECTED CHEER COST
Cheer Shoes: $25-$55: All Teams must wear cheer shoes. If you would like to purchase before the season, Omni Cheer, Cheerleading.com Shopvarsity.com and Poshmark have reasonably priced cheer shoes. Just a heads up that most brands run 1-2 sizes smaller than regular shoes. Please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding shoes. They must be all white shoes specific to cheerleading. ** I recommend a shoe without mesh or fabric; they are much easier to keep clean. And NO Velcro
Cheer Bow: $15 (Info on purchase will come after season start)
Spirit Wear: Spirit wear is optional for purchase. Shirt designs and team store will be released closer to season start

Pyramid Camp: $10-$15. New this year! A few select teams (older teams) will be invited to attend this new camp hosted by Flex Tumble and Cheer. More info to come at a later date
